How We Review: The 63SLOT Criteria, Published

63SLOT is an independent guide to PAGCOR-licensed rooms and JILI games. It is not a casino: no deposits, no balances, no games, and no ability to touch anyone's account. Publishing a method is the only way a guide can be held to anything, so this page sets out the criteria, the limits, and who pays for the site. Players must be 21 or older.

Why the Method Is Public

A review you cannot audit is just a recommendation, and recommendations in this market are usually for sale. The only defence against that is to say in advance what will be checked, so that a reader can run the same checks and notice if the conclusions do not match the evidence. That is also why there are no scores here: a number would be the one part of the page nobody could verify.

The Eight Criteria

CriterionQuestion askedWhere it is answered
Licence disclosureIs an operating company named, and a regulator with it?Terms page, followed by the regulator's published list
Payment railsWhich wallets, banks and transfer rails appear for PH players? The cashier and any published payments page
Terms clarityCan the bonus and withdrawal rules be read first? The terms, read end to end
KYC rulesWhich documents are required, and at what point? The verification pages of the help centre
Complaint routeIs there a named internal route and an external one?Support and legal pages
Responsible-gaming toolsDo limits, reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion exist?Account settings and the responsible-gaming page
Support channelsIs support reachable from inside the account?Opening each advertised channel
App distributionIs an app offered at all, and from where? The download page, and whether either store lists it

Each criterion returns documented, partly documented or absent, and those words are what gets published. 'Absent' is a real finding; it is the one most worth noticing before a deposit.

What We Can Check

  • Whether an operating company is named, and whether that name is on a regulator's list.
  • Whether the binding terms are published before you are asked to fund an account.
  • Which payment rails and player-protection controls are present in the interface.
  • Whether support can be opened from within the account, or lives only on a chat app.
  • Whether any app on offer is store-distributed or a direct file.
  • What a game's own information screen states about its published specifications.

What No Guide Can Check

  • How fast you are paid. The operator and your own bank or wallet set every timing, fee and limit, and the cashier page is where they are written.
  • Whether a given complaint was resolved fairly, since neither party's file is public.
  • Whether live returns match a certificate; that belongs to the testing laboratory.
  • Anything about your account, which we cannot see.

Where something cannot be established, the page says so. No payout window, fee, minimum or bonus figure is attributed to an operator anywhere on this site, and if you find one, it is an error.

Who Pays for This

Some outbound links may be partner links, and a commission may be earned if an account is opened after one is followed. No payment changes the wording. No operator sees a page before publication, no criterion is waived on request, nothing is removed because somebody objected, and position in any list is not for sale. The criteria above exist so that the claim can be tested rather than believed.

Dates and Corrections

Rails, verification rules and game specifications change without notice, so each page carries the date it was last reviewed and material changes are handled by rewriting. If a date looks old and the detail matters to your money, treat the operator's cashier and the game's own information screen as authoritative — and tell us, because corrections are applied without argument.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why no ratings out of ten?

Because the evidence a rating implies is not public. We publish what is documented and what is missing, which you can check yourself.

Do you earn commission?

Yes, some may be partner links paying a commission when an account is opened. That changes no wording, and no operator reviews a page first.

Why will you not say how fast an operator pays?

It depends on the operator, the method and your verification status, and it changes. A number here would be a guess presented as a fact.

Can 63SLOT intervene in a dispute?

No, we have no access to any account. Start with the operator's support, then the wallet's in-app help for a payment, then the regulator's complaint channel.

Who writes these pages?

The 63SLOT editorial desk. We do not attach invented author names or credentials to pages.
